GingerALE 2.3.6 - Cluster-Level FWE
Cluster-level FWE was using all cluster sizes above the cluster-forming threshold, instead of only the maximal cluster. Fixed in GingerALE 2.3.6
GingerALE 2.3.3 - False Discovery Rate
False Discovery Rate was choosing too lenient of a P-value threshold. Fixed in GingerALE 2.3.3

Anatomical Template
Once the thresholded ALE map has been created, you'll need an anatomical underlay in Talairach space in order to view the meta-analysis results. See Kochunov et al., 2002 for details on this Talairach template.
